Great Northern Hotel
Location: Located slightly north of Twin Peaks, and just below the base of Black Lake. West of Highway 21. Look for signs marking the turn. Points of Interest: Owned by Benjamin Horne, the Great Northern Hotel is the oldest and largest hotel in Twin Peaks. It was established by the Horne family in 1927. The hotel offers its guests a spectacular view of the Whitetail Falls with comfortable, rustic, woodsy surroundings and plenty of fresh air. All 102 guest rooms were recently renovated to include new queen-sized, goose down mattresses, designed exclusively for the Great Northern Hotel by the E-Z Mattress Company of Seattle.
